Remove even the most stubborn diesel exhaust sensors with the Shockit™ Socket Diesel NOx and Particulate Sensor Removal Kit. This kit utilizes the force and vibration of an air hammer to loosen the most rusted sensors.

QUICKLY REMOVE FROZEN DIESEL NOX & PARTICULATE SENSORS

Removing rusted diesel NOx and Particulate sensors has become an expensive and time consuming problem. This is due to the limited access to the sensors and very little room for tool use. A lot of time is wasted with technicians having to remove other elements of the vehicle to gain access to these sensors. This leaves a lot of room for error and risk damaging the stubborn sensor with traditional methods.

Air Hammer Powered. Use the force and hypersonic vibration to loosen the most rusted diesel NOx and particulate sensors without thread galling. Compact sizes for reaching sensors with restricted access. Save hours of time without having to drop an exhaust system. 3 driving ears with single and dual 8mm indexed holes on sockets designed to work with included non-turning offset 8mm radius tip Shockit Punch.

Each socket has inverted indexed holes for tightening and loosening, allowing the most stubborn sensors to be worked back and forth. Includes 22mm, 24 & 27mm dual sided tap/bottoming die for O2 sensor and mounting hole threads. Engineered to precise German DIN standards. Removes NOx sensors and particulate sensors (Soot Sensors)on Chevy® Duramax, Dodge® Cummins, Ford® Power Stroke. Removes NOx sensors and lock nuts on Jeep® and RAM® ECO Diesel. Also removes Semi Truck sensors including Kenworth®, Cummins®, International®, Detroit and Volvo®.
